My beam, sub and two play one speakers are playing music, but the remote is not working with the tv. I have configured the TV and connected the hdmi cable to the arc input on the tv. After configuring the remote, I go through the directions to relearn the new codes on the sonos home theater, but when I go to more tab, tab settings, Room settings, there is no beam listed from the list of rooms. Any suggestions, I have rechecked the remote and TV and it appears everything is properly setup. I also tried changing the HDMI cable.
Try adding the Beam again via the "Add Sonos Speaker" menu.
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that. I will try again. Also saw on a post to reboot the tv to see the new arc connection. Then sync up the tv to the beam. Maybe the tv doesnt see the beam. I will update my post after trying.
