Which Sonos are you using? Most of them use CEC these days, which needs to be ‘on’ on the TV’s settings. Many manufacturers call CEC by other names, too. If you’re using an optically connected Sonos, you’d just need to program the Sonos to recognize the remote’s connection, which is in the Room settings in the controller.
