My problem (and solution) -
After Soundbar installation, streaming services (Netflix, HBO, Disney, etc.) worked fine with soundbar. When I switched to HDMI 1 (COX Box) and select a TV channel on my Cox box, the TV screen would show the channel for a few seconds, then screen would go black for a few seconds, and repeat over and over.
After much troubleshooting, I found the solution was to upgrade to the newest COX Contour 2 TV Box. It is a free upgrade for ppl with older boxes (my Cox Box was over 4 years old).
