Hello,
I have a Playbar (and Sonos One w/ Sub) connected to a Samsung 82" TV (UN82MU8000FXZC) via HDMI. I went through the pairing process, but for some reason can only control the volume if I press the "AUX" button on my Joey remote. Then, I have to switch back to "SAT" in order to control the channels/guide. Is there a way to control the volume without having to toggle between AUX and SAT on the Joey remote?
