I have sonos sub mini and sonos sub gen.2. I want to change this between my to tv rooms. Do they have the same power cable so I only can switch theese two units? And not take the cables down the wall.

Both the Sub and Sub Mini use a standard figure 8 power cord connection. You should be fine.
