Is there a way to play music through the ARC with the TV off? Having an issue where the TV audio will take over the ARC audio. In a situation with ambient mode on with Samsung TV or YouTube TV playing, again only due to the fact the TV has to be on.

No, ARC is part of the TV’s electronics, so in order to get a signal through the TV, it needs to be on.

But the Sonos Arc is also a normal Sonos speaker, so assuming it was set up properly, you can steam music to it as any other Sonos speaker. In that case, the signal is coming through either your WiFi, or an Ethernet cable, and the TV does not need to be on.

Nice! Thanks.

Not sure why I had issues with that prior. I did switch my router to a dedicated channel recently as well. Maybe that helped too.
