Hello, 

I have a playbase plus 2 play 5s setup as home cinema.

the playbase doesn’t connect to the wifi anymore, works with lan cable but disconnects straight when I take the cable out. 
I’ve sent a diagnostic report.

I would perhaps make with contact Sonos Customer Care on the phone too, phone numbers are available via this LINK. I presume the diagnostic was taken whilst the Playbase was wired to the network as that will provide the information Sonos needs to see if it’s a faulty WiFi card.

Base on the diagnostic report there's something wrong with the playbase and our phone support will certainly help you.
