Welcome to the community, and thanks for reaching out. Your SUB is connecting through your home's wireless network. Normally, when paired with a PLAYBAR, the SUB should be using the PLAYBAR's 5 ghz signal to connect instead. This may explain the issues you've described. It looks like there is some wireless interference on the 5 ghz range. Please check around and in between your SUB and PLAYBAR for any third party wireless devices which could be causing interference. Common sources of interference include cordless phone bases, wireless cameras, wireless baby monitors, wireless printers and routers. Try moving away any similar devices you find and see if things improve. If not, send along a new diagnostic report and reply with the number.
