Playbar Optical S/PDIF Audio PC Connection

Hi, I am looking buy a Playbar & connect it to my media centre PC with S/PDIF optical audio output. Can you please advise if the Playbar is compatible with PC digital optical audio? Thanks, Stvee

    While we do not provide support for the suggested setup, technically this should not be a problem.

    I've got a second Playbar for my office and can confirm everything works perfectly through the PC optical audio port including surround sound from my Play:3's. Just make sure your sound card can output Dolby Digital.
