I can only get white flashing light on Playbar. Tried to cure with all Sonos tips but eventually had to submit a diagnostic to Sonos. What do I do next? How do I follow this up?

If you've tried the normal troubleshooting steps like rebooting the PLAYBAR and checking the power connections, I'd suggest that you contact Sonos Customer Care by phone when you are in front of your system to troubleshoot the issue further.
