The optical cord doesn't fit my 2014 Samsung tv. What can I do ?

Hi there, akhawk1982. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Would you mind sharing the model of your TV? I'd like to take a look at the back and see what your options are for input/output. Additionally, does the PLAYBAR cable fall out or does it simply not fit at all?
