PLAYBAR and LG magic remote
LG magic remote does not control sound from my Sonos PLAYBAR. I have followed the instructions to configure PLAYBAR and the remote and also disabled simplex. The sonos app says that the remote is configured to work with the PLAYBAR and I have sound but I cannot increase or decrease volume. any suggestions please ?

I found a thread which suggested using philips and remote 4 and it worked
