I have two play1 paired to a beam, the left had speaker crackles when the volume is turned up on the tv.

That sounds very annoying. First, I’d try a reboot of all 3 speakers.
If that doesn’t help, please remove the Surrounds from the Beam and test the problem speaker on it’s own. (Settings » System » SRoom with Beam] » Remove Surrounds)
If the speaker still crackles, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system.
