Panasonic TX-EX750B - Speakers Off Notification

Hi folks. Sorry if there’s an answer elsewhere.

I have the Panasonic EX750b tv, as a result of turning off the speakers you get an annoying Speakers Off notice every time you adjust the volume.

Anyone got a solution to removing the notice?

Have you selected Home Cinema mode as the manual dictates. See attachment.
