Panasonic EX700
Hi I have just bought a new Panasonic EX700, connected to PLAYBAR by optical and just wont work - sound only coming out of TV and can’t find any options in the sound settings to switch to Sonos - just turn the TV sound off and nothing comes out of the Sonos?! Help!

Sounds (no pun intended) like you may need to go in to the audio settings, both for the TV, and anything that is connected to it, and set the audio settings to be Dolby Digital. It's possible (I have not bothered to look up the manual for your TV, but you may want to pull it out) that you're required to change a setting in the audio settings to turn on the optical output, as well
