One TV Channel out of all channels is mute

I have a new Sony Bravia 75” 4K with a direct line to the internet for streaming. Audio includes an Arc, Sub, and two 1SLs. Arc is plugged into the eARC port. All channels are selected from the Home button with no inputs to the HDMI inputs. Prime, Netflix, MLB, Disney+ all work just fine, but Hulu loses all volume periodically. Sometimes the audio will work for a while and then cut out. Sometimes turning it off for a while will restore audio when it is turned back on.

Any suggestions?

PS: Hulu works fine on all other televisions
