I have just swapped over from a LGTV C9 to a LG TV B3 I thought the setup was the same but Ive got no sound to Sonos beam on the optical port has anyone else had the same issue

In the audio settings, make sure you have Optical Out Device selected under the “Use Wired Speaker” setting.
Or connect the Beam to the TV’s HDMI ARC port instead. This is the recommended way to connect the Beam to the TV.
