I have installed a new arc to my system , I already have 2 ceiling speakers I am looking to use as surrounds with my arc and sub but I can’t get any sound out of them ? Both the arc and amp are hard wired to Internet and the app lets me set it all up just can’t get any sound ????

What are you sending to the TV? Are you playing through apps on the TV? Streaming from device such as Apple TV or Roku?  Are you playing content that is using surround sound?

Watching sky and Netflix , there is no sound when playing music either 

Inside the System section of the app, when you look at the Arc, and scroll down to “Surround Audio”, is the toggle set to ON?

Sorted , one of the data cable ends was faulty
