Connected my Beam using Digital Audio port on LG 55GA6400-G3 but not getting any audio. (LG does not have ARC Port). Thoughts???

Unsupported codec choice most likely. Switch it to DD 5.1, its likely DTS or DD+ at a guess.
Using Digital Audio port on LG TV with the supplied Sonos adapter and can’t get any TV sound. I can use the Sonos app to play music sources, but that’s not why I bought the Beam. Kind of a waste of money at this point ?
Check the audio settings on the TV and all devices feeding your TV to set them to be Dolby Digital only. I would guess your TV is trying to send DTS or Atmos, which the Sonos can’t interpret.
Curiously, the same answer that controlav supplied to the OP.

Turn off simplink and/or cec in the tv settings.
Try different speaker output choices in the tv menu whilst watching something.
Is the optical lead connected firmly?, they are quite tricky, if you unplug the beam end you should see red light coming down it.
You should at least get tv sound in stereo playing.
