I’m not familiar with TotalPlay, but I suspect that their ‘fixed IP’ isn’t the same as the Sonos. What Sonos is talking about is reserved IP addresses for all of the Sonos devices in your router’s DHCP table, what I think TotalPlay is talking about is a ‘fixed IP address’ for your router itself.

Try this: unplug all your Sonos from power. Once that is done, reboot your router. Most frequently, if I have to do this, I do it by temporarily unplugging my router from power for a minute, it is often to much effort to wend my way through the router’s software. Give the router a couple of minutes to load everything once it has been rebooted, then plug in your Sonos. Again, give them a couple of minutes to boot up before testing.

This is a ‘cheat’ for getting fresh IP addresses, although it can potentially be temporary (depends on why your router lost its assignments), it work effectively in getting new / fresh IP addresses.
