On some shows, using Apple TV, i get no dialogue.
Only some shows - The Dropout is one.
And only on Apple TV - on Android/Native TV app it works OK.
Any ideas?
And it’s the same shows - some on Hulu work, some don’t etc.

No dialogue when using Apple TV 4K

I had this dialogue issue last week with Apple TV 4K whilst watching The Walking Dead on Disney+
I turned off Atmos and set the Audio Format to Dolby Digital 5.1 on the Apple TV, which restored the dialogue.
I later rebooted the Apple TV, set Dolby Atmos back to auto and the issue hasn’t reoccurred.

Does only the dialog drop out or does all audio drop out? What audio format does the Sonos app show is playing when you watch The Dropout on the Apple TV? Do you have eARC enabled on the TV? What is the Digital Audio Out setting on the TV set to?
