no audio from surround and subs with arc ultra

All of a sudden, no longer hearing audio from eras 300 surrounds and from both subs on arc ultra living room setup. I see Dolby atmos logo playing in the Sonos app for the room. Those 4 devices all showed the mute green icon at first while audio was playing out of the ultra only, after a reboot and repair there’s no green led, but there still no audio from them.

 

ear is right next to speaker, surround and sub volume set to max (going up and down only makes a difference on the ultra). Using Apple TV 4K which has worked great with plex with content I can see Dolby atmos getting streamed. Playing on a Samsung s95b I’ve set up to pass through audio in the past.

 

what can I do? I feel like I’ve done most things I can

Have you tried unplugging the Ultra from power for about a minute and rebooting your phone?
