Hi there,  I have a 2018 Samsung 55” Q9FN with a Sonos Arc. When I watch Sky Q Atmos content the Sonos App shows I am getting Dolby Atmos through DD+ 5.1. 

However, when I watch Disney Plus Atmos content through the Samsung TV app  (not through Sky Q) I get DD+ 5.1 showing on the Sonos App but no Atmos. I am getting 4k picture / HDR etc.   but no Atmos.  Any reason why this might be ?  Can I do anything to change this ?.

I believe that Sky Q will be adding 4k and Atmos to their Disney Plus offering but do not know when that will actually happen.

Thank you for contacting Sonos.

Your Sonos arc is working well since its getting Dolby atoms thru Sky Q,

It might have to do with your tv, or I might be wrong.

Disney+ will automatically use the highest-quality audio your system can support.
