No ability to control volume with remote
I set up my Sonos soundbar and it works great, but I can't control the volume with the remote. Setup is Cable Box > HDMI > Vizio TV > Optic > Sonos Soundbar. I am using the cable box remote (Cisco URC-8820). When if first set up the Sonos soundbar, the cable remote control worked for the Sonos soundbar volume. Then it stopped working and I cannot get anything to work. Even got a new remote from cable company hoping to recreate the initial setup config. I have TV set to "sound off." Any suggestions?
