I just replaced my Sonos Play Bar with the Arc. But doing this, it meant I messed up my partners ability to watch TV with me. With the Play Bar I was able to put a wireless headset in between the TV and the Play Bar using the the optical input to the Play Bar. This allowed me to hear the surround sound and my partner to hear better with his headset. Now I am using the ARC connection from my TV to the Sonos Arc and this has left the Headset out of the loop. Without switching to the optical input to the Arc, is there any way to replicate a similar setup, so my partner and I can watch TV together again? I don’t mind replacing the headsets, even if it means a cable is needed to connect them. My configuration is the Sonos Arc, Sub, and two Ones, setup as surrounds.

I would be glad to assist you with this concern, I just want to verify first the set up of your wireless headset and where it was configured.
I suggest that you check it first from the TV settings because using a third-party device between Sonos and the Audio source like TV is not a recommended setup.

My original setup was using the Optical Audio from the Samsung TV into a SteelCase wireless headset base. The base passed the Optical Audio through and then it connected to the old Sonos soundbar.
With the new Arc soundbar, I can use the Arc HDMI port from the TV to the Sonos Arc, but then the headset is taken out. The headset is used for my hard of hearing partner. So I am again using Optical Audio in the same configuration as before, which I am reading doesn’t allow me to take advantage of the Atmos sound that I want from the Sonos Arc.
I was hoping to find another solution, even if it means adding a Sonos Port to the mix. But so far my search has found another solution.
Do you have any ideas of how I can support my Hard of Hearing partner and still enjoy the Atmos sound from my new Sonos Arc? Again I am willing to replace the headset, if needed.

So your TV doesn’t send audio to the optical port and the ARC port at the same time? If you haven’t checked this yet, it’s the first thing I would look at. Some TV also have a headphone jack, which may or not work while the ARC port is active.
If those don’t work, and you aren’t using any internal TV apps, you could look at getting an HDMI switch with an optical audio extract. Your sources would connect to the switch, with a single HDMI out to your TV. Your TV then feeds the Arc as it currently does. The optical output from the switch can feed your headphones.
