I am trying to setup entertainment for my kids in my newly built four season room.
When I hook up my Blue-Ray player there is video but no audio.
But when I connect with my Roku Fire Stick I get audio and video perfectly working.

Here are my components:

  1. Epson 5050UB projector

  2. HD Fury Aracana

  3. Roku Fire Stick

  4. Sony Blue Ray Player (BDP-S6700 and BDP-S185) - tried with both

  5. Sonos Beam with two Era 100 connected via wifi with Beam

I also tried this with HDMI Switch before I ordered Aracana - 4K@120Hz HDMI 2.1 Switch 2 in 1 Out with Audio Extractor (Brand - Rofavezco, Model - EZ-SW21H21A-EO) and it still does not work.

I have display+eARC enabled in the Aracana. Prior to connecting my Sonos Beam I enabled on CEC by connecting to a TV.

Instead of the HD Fury give this a try. Enabling CEC is done on the TV and not the Beam. Since you are bypassing any TV/Projector inputs you don't need to worry about passthrough or CEC settings.

Is the HD Fury’s firmware up to date?

Apologies, yes I did the CEC setup on the TV connecting the beam which like you pointed out is not necessary. Yes 0.87 FW shows on the device.

@Bluemist

I don’t know the settings options of Arcana in detail, but you have to check if audio settings are fitting to the source audio signal. Blueray does deliver up to 7.1 e. g. for Dolby Atmos true hd. Streaming devices often just deliver 5.1 sound. So first of all I would check if Arcana is set to 7.1 edid setting. On the other hand also check audio output settings of the BD player and audio format of the used disk/movie.
