My sonos playbar has started to make a crackling sound in TV mode. Please help
Had no problems before and in music mode no problem. But in TV mode the sound is cracking

We would need to try to define if the problem comes from the TV, the optical cable or the PLAYBAR.
Would you have the possibility to try with a different source than the TV (DVD Player, Media Box..), also if it would be possible to try with a different optical cable.
Let me know what is the outcome of those tests.
