Moving from Singapore to United States

Hello,

I have Sonos ERA100, ERA300, Arc Ultra, Sub Gen 4 and Beam GEN 2. I bought all of them in Singapore. Since we are moving to The United States, I have a concern.

Singapore: 240VAC 50Hz

The United States: 120VAC 60Hz.

Can I use all of my Sonos products in US only with plug adapter?

Aside from the power issues Sonos supports regional versions of their system that may not work with a different regions products. Shouldn't impact what you have now but might if you decide to add to your set or need a replacement device.

Yes. If you look at the label on each of these devices, you should see they’re capable.

You will need to swap to compatible power cords.

I would suggest you ‘should’ change power cords, but they will work as is with plug adapters. When I was in Thailand for several months, I used plug adapters for the Sonos devices I took with me, they worked fine with inexpensive (mechanical, not electronic) plug adapters.

New power cords (sold by Sonos, and others) are more aesthetically pleasing, long term, certainly.
