Can i add the the sonos move as rear speakers as i really do not want any more wires.
I am afraid not. The Move is not designed to act as surrounds in any Sonos HT setup. You don’t need more wires, you need Sonos SLs.
Thanks for the quick reply. Are the with dolby atmos the second generation
I am not sure if there was meant to be a question in your last post? If there was I’m not really sure what it is. Could you clarify if so?
Hi are the sonos SL second generation with up facing speakers for dolby atmos
If I understand correctly, you were asking for and John B was recommending the SL’s as the rear speakers.
Edited to add:
They will need their power cable to be connected to power socket.
Hi are the sonos SL second generation with up facing speakers for dolby atmos
Whoa! There are at least three different concepts muddled together there.
Generations are irrelevant to this.
The One SLs are compatible with the S2 software that is launching next month
The One SLs can be used as rear surrounds with the Arc.
The upfiring speakers are in the Arc only, this being the only place they need to be.
Whether you get Dolby Atmos sound depends also on whether your TV supports it.
