I am replacing my Sonos Playbar with a Sonos Arc. The Playbar is currently mounted under the TV using a Sanus Universal Soundbar Mount (Model SASB1). Can I use that same mount for the Arc ?

The user at the end of this thread used the Sanus mount to mount the Arc, so it should work just fine:
