Lose Sound after Fast Forward on Sky Q Ultra - Sonos Arc

Hi Folks,

looking to see if anyone else suffers from loosing sound after fast forwarding on Sky Q Ultra.

When I fast forward any recorded programmes on Sky Q Ultra and return to play I loose sound. I need to change my AV channel and return back to channel and sound is reinstated. I have try changing cables and inputs without any joy. So not sure if it’s the Sky Q box, Sony TV or the Sonos Arc
