LG55SK8000PLB
I have previously connected the SONOS playbar to an LG49SJ800V using community advice. Cannot connect successfully with LG55SK8000PLB. TV recognises the playbar via optical cable, but when optical is selected from sound out menu, no audio plays.

Check the audio settings on the TV, and any devices that are connected to the TV via HDMI. Make sure they are all set to Dolby Digital, or Stereo, rather than anything else.
