I've been given a Beam for Christmas... Plugged it in to my LG TV and its not working. I've read all the other comments on here..... I am using HDMI ARC etc and have tried everything I can think of or that has been suggested by other forum members.
The TV is a 42LA6230-TB which I bought in 2013.
Can anyone help? Not the best Christmas morning so far.

Mines ok but I’ve got a 2018 model.
Is the beam connected to the Sonos network and the TV setup for ARC output and the cable in the correct HDMI port?
