If the Amp is being used as the ‘front’ of your home theater setup, yes.
If instead, it’s being used to drive surround speakers, no, the subwoofer output is turned off in that use.

Oh, I’m assuming the LG subwoofer is accepting a line level signal, which means it is self powered. Sonos doesn’t have a device to power a subwoofer on its own.
