Hi all , just got a LG 43UP81006LR and the remote doesn't control the volume on the beam 2 , hdmi CEC is on and connected via arc , anyone any ideas ? Thanks

Try a reboot of both the TV and the Sonos, by unplugging both from power for two minutes.
