I need some help here to an old topic. I have a Sonos Playbar 5.1 Home Theater System, HP Laptop with only1 HDMI Port and no Digital Optical Port , and an EPSON Projector with 2 HDMI Inputs and no Outputs at all. How do I make this work? Can I split the HDMI OUT from the Laptop to 1 HDMI OUT and 1 Digital Optical Out? Any other ideas?

You can get an extractor with HDMI in and out and optical out.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the quick response. I suppose that you mean something like Flexson products? They are very hard to find. Can you make any recommendations on products that would work?
