I bought an arc a few months ago and constantly struggle with connectivity … I’ve changed cables ports even away from arc and back to the arc and it’s a crap shoot which days it will turn on and which days it won’t… it’s tiring me out and feel like I’ve wasted 1000$

is the Arc the biggest waste of 1000$ if you own a Samsung TV?

The worst part is it worked when I went to bed and then nothing in the system changed over night and it doesn’t work in the morning ….says it can’t even find the cable or port..
+24Depends which Samsung TV, there are hundreds of models.
The newer the TV, the more likely Samsung will produce firmware updates to fix things.
You could always switch to optical, which should avoid most of the Samsung bugs in handling HDMI.
