when i first purchased my system i was able to set the distance of my surrounds from where i was sitting. (how far away from me the surrounds where)
Now i cant seem to find that option anymore. it use to be 1 to 5 feet, 5 to 10 ft and 10 to 20 ft
something of that nature
anyone know where to find this?

I can no longer change the distance from where i am sitting to my surrounds. . . is this something new or am i missing something ?

I think this is part of the 'add surrounds' process, not a permanently available option. To change it you would need to remove surroubds then re-add.
