The TV should be mounted at or slightly above eye level (depending on the size of the TV). The Arc should be mounted at least 4” below the TV. Assuming you have standard height ceilings, the Era 300s should be mounted at ear level.

GuitarSuperstar, what would you recommend and why, ARC mounted on the wall 4” below TV monitor or ARC placed over a credenza 4” below TV monitor. It is a brand new room so luckily I can do either way.. Thank you for your kind recommendation..
I put my Arc on a cabinet below the TV so I could have it slightly in front of the TV, giving the Atmos speakers a bit of room beyond the minimums.
