I HAVE RUN DIAGNOSTIC NUMBER 8022983. READ THREAD ON FORUM AND TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS - ANY IDEAS ON WHAT NEXT?

Sure. First, click on caps lock to turn it off. Typing in all caps is generally accepted these days as "yelling", and I hope you don't mean to be doing that.

Second, call in to Sonos. Usually, with things like this, they prefer to handle it directly, rather than here in the forums. You can find your local phone and hours at www.sonos.com/contact, but I'd also note that I beleive they would handle this in their other feeds (twitter or Facebook Messenger).

Good luck.
