Hello everyone.. I need some help

 

I have the following hardware..

LG - 65" Class NanoCell 90 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV

Sonos Arc

Apple TV 4k

 

I have the sonos in the earc hdmi (3) slow

Apple TV in Hdmi (2)

 

Any content from the tv directly I am getting an atmos signal. I am not getting any 4k content from the Apple TV 4k

 

Please help!

In your Apple TV, under settings/video and audio, make sure that the audio format is “auto, Atmos available”.

What content with Atmos are you trying to play?
