I am trying to connect my beam to a new tv but the app keeps saying other devices are connected to the hdmi and are interfering their is nothing else connected how do I fix this tia

Have you already tried to check the settings of your TV?
Can you try to turn off your TV and soundbar after that turn on the tv and connect the hdmi cable then power up the sound bar.
