Help me hear atmos on my new arc

My TV is LG oled65cx (2020), I'm connecting to the Sonos arc using the cable that came with the soundbar. I've checked all the boxes: eARC turned on etc, and Netflix shows Atmos for the show, but when I start it flashes "Dolby vision" and the Sonos app says "Dolby digital Plus 5.1. What can I possibly be doing wrong? I have unplugged the hdmi and power chords on both devices while switching to internal speakers in different orders but to no avail. Help?

Be sure your TV settings are set to this:

Sound Out: HDMI ARC

HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream

Digital Sound Out: Pass Through

eARC: On

Auto Device Detection: On

Simplink (CEC): On

Auto Power Sync: Off

Also be sure you have a Premium Netflix subscription and the Streaming Quality is set to High or Auto in your Netflix account.

As above, usually pass through is the one people miss.

Also I'm sure you have done so, but make sure your cable is in the earc port, which is hdmi 2.
