EVERYTHING WAS WORKING WELL!

But then it wasn’t. I cannot get the ERA 100s to connect as SURROUNDS. I have rebooted and reset everything. The 100s show and the app walks me through setting them up but THERE WAS A PROBLEM.

Any advice? Last try unplugged everything for a bit. ARC and SUB work fine with app or through TV.

I suggest that you refrain from Factory Reset without further consult.

Which controller are you using? Android? Apple phone/pad? Have you updated the controller in the past week? I suggest that you do not update.

I think that you should work with SONOS phone support.


Phone support is 80 minutes out! Android app. Am not planning FACTORY RESET.
