Enabling CEC on an LG TV when setting up a Beam

I'm trying to setup my Beam and two ones as surround sound. I've gone through most of the processes but every time I try to enable CEC I get a response on the app that it's not enabled. Sound is coming from the TV through all of the speakers. I have gone into the menu and turned on Audio Out and enabled Simplink. Not sure what to do next...

Hi kqa03,

Can you try a new HDMI-ARC cable to make sure it's not just the cable?

There are some steps on this thread that may help.

Also, what model of TV are you working with?
