Downgrading my soundbar and sub

A friend upgraded our soundbar and sub and now I’m having to use both Sonos aps. I’m trying to downgrade them to get everything back on S1, as I have two Play 5’s, a Connect and some misc equipment I’m not willing to repurchase. I performed the factory reset, and have the blinking green bar, but the S2 ap used to downgrade speakers can’t find them now. I’ve tried unplugging and put my phone right next to the soundbar but it’s not finding them. Any advice would appreciated!

if you are able to hardwire the soundbar and sub to your router, that may make them discoverable within the app.

Hi Pools, it worked! Had a heck of a time getting everything over to our server but it was well worth it. Really appreciate your time and expertise. Thank you
