Unfortunately for you, that is the best answer you are going to get. Sonos almost always keeps things like this secret, so melvimbe was simply telling you what they would say if they could say it. Too bad you had to be so rude about it.

We haven't made any announcements one way or the other in regards to Dolby Atmos compatibility in the future.
Dolby Atmos is compatible with Dolby Digital 5.1, which is supported on Sonos home theater player for surround sound setups. Atmos is designed to include ceiling speakers in addition to the other channels, which isn't something we've support to date. We don't tend to comment on what's coming in the future. If it does come, we'll make sure to let everyone know.
