I have Arc + 2 Sonos One Sl as rear speakers + Sub Woofer (Gen 3).When listening to music via Airplay or Radio, can I turn off ARC and use 2 Sonos One Sl + Sub to listen in stereo mode?

If they are used as rear surrounds then the Ones would need to be removed from their surround role in the app. If you use Trueplay then they would need to be retuned after each uncoupling. So, yes you can use them for stereo, but…..
