Hi , is anyone from Sonos on here and can check a diagnostic number? I have occasional sound jitter , happens once about every 2 weeks which is strange but it's just done it and this is the number

943072790

Or am I better ringing ?

Thanks

Hello @Edgie70, thank you for submitting diagnostics.

I had a look and observed that you’ve got one of your surrounds wired with an Ethernet cable. This kind of setup is not recommended and I would suggest either wiring your Sonos Beam to the router or, if that is not possible, switching to a fully wireless setup.

Give that a try and please, let us know if that worked.

You may not always find Staff here at weekends, but you can usually chat to Support Staff online via this LINK, so I would maybe try going via that route too.
