Have 2 play 1’s in surround format with a play bar. One of them has a constant crackling sound when music is played during movies/TV. Diagnostic code is 989235372.
Hi there, slapchop123. Thanks for sharing your diagnostic report. It seems that Sonos is getting a Stereo signal, but the bigger issue seems to be that the entire Sonos system is having a hard time maintaining a strong wireless connection to the network. Is it possible to plug one of these Sonos devices into the network using an Ethernet cable?



Interestingly enough, connectivity issues typically do not create problems with audio quality like crackling or pops. Have you tried switching out the optical cable between the TV and the Playbar?
